Coordinate range

Decimal degrees. Enter the west/east longitude and south/north latitude.

Export selected points

Original TICKET # values remain unchanged in point details. Prefix is used for KML only. The selected format’s extension is added automatically. Your selected tag is used as the suggested name.

Includes ticket details, coordinates, status and tags. Photo files remain in your complete backup.

Tag selected points

Selected source tags are removed only from the selected points and replaced by the target tag.

Give crews access to this tag

Checked crews can see ALL points with the target tag, including future additions. Other assignments stay in place.

Assigned tags

Remove a tag from this crew’s access. Points shared through another tag or a direct assignment remain available.

Rename group

Delete group

Points, photos and reports are retained. Choose the group that receives the points.

County group plan

Groups contain no more than 2,000 active points. Numbering follows 0.05° latitude bands from south to north, east to west within each band. Points outside confirmed county polygons go to County review.

Replace database from backup?

The file has been checked. Restoring replaces current points, assignments, reports and photos with this snapshot. Download a current backup first if you need to keep today’s changes.

Group from selection

Moves the final displayed points into this new group. Existing crew point and tag access is preserved.

Delete point?

The point will be hidden from crews. You can restore it from Manage → Data → Trash.

Permanently delete point?

This permanently removes the ticket, photos, reports and crew assignments. It cannot be restored from Trash. Existing exported backups are unchanged.

Trash

Most recent 100 deleted points. Restore a point to make it available again.

Field office

One-file backup

Includes ALL points in both MASTER and SECONDARY databases, groups, tags, crew assignments and links, reports, notes, Trash and photos. Keep this file private. App updates normally preserve your database.

Mac app: choose a folder and filename in the Save window when your backup is ready. Chrome / Edge: choose the location before the backup starts.

Master / Secondary databases

Existing points start in Master. Only Master points are reorganized by county.

Organize Master groups

Numbering runs east to west within southern bands, then continues north. Run again whenever you choose after imports. Existing custom group names may be replaced for moved points; empty groups remain available.

Export a group

Import points

Use TICKET #, Latitud and Longitud. English Latitude / Longitude are also accepted. Other columns stay with each ticket.

Last row/file imported wins at the same coordinates (6 decimals). Older points move to Trash with their photos and reports. Duplicate ticket numbers are still skipped; the DATE column is not used. For very large datasets use CSV or KML: read in small batches. XLSX/XLS: first worksheet, up to 25 MB.

Add multiple coordinates

One ticket per line: TICKET #,Latitud,Longitud

Overlapping locations

Coordinates matching to six decimal places share one location. Click Keep on one ticket to dismiss all other candidates at that location. Duplicate ticket numbers are skipped.

Pending reports

These reports are saved on this device and have not reached the office. A changed point needs your review before retrying.

Simple by design.

  1. Select an area for a faint preview, then draw a second area for final points. Use this area selects directly from the preview. Export and Tag apply only to final displayed points.
  2. Tap a marker. The ticket number is copied; tap the number to copy again.
  3. Read the details, then mark COMPLETED or REQUEST. Add a note if needed.

Low data shows a light grayscale street map with building shapes where mapped. It loads a coarser map using larger displayed tiles, at most two downloads at a time, and reuses previously viewed tiles. It loads after you stop moving the map. Zoom in to see houses. Cached selections and point details remain available offline; uncached areas need internet. Your blue location dot stays on your device. Cached details are limited to the last 100 opened tickets.

Route planning uses up to 250 displayed points. Select fewer points or narrow the area before planning larger datasets. Traffic is not included.

On a phone, add this page to your Home Screen. Don’t share your crew link outside your crew.

Plan this selection

Reveal / add tickets

Match existing points by TICKET #. Missing tickets can be added only when the file or pasted table contains latitude and longitude. Overlaps go to Manage → Data for review.

Last row/file imported wins at the same coordinates (6 decimals). Older points move to Trash with their photos and reports. Duplicate ticket numbers are still skipped; the DATE column is not used.

Permanently delete database points

This removes every point, including Trash, along with photos, reports and point assignments in the chosen database. Group names and crew accounts remain. Saved backup files and exported routes are unchanged.

Type DELETE MASTER to confirm.

Routes from this selection

Split selected points into separate routes, with up to 250 tickets each. Each route has its own ticket, coordinate or map-click starting location.

Manage a whole group or tag

Includes every member in Master and Secondary, including points outside the current map and display limit.

Deleting a tag name also removes its crew tag assignments. Deleting a group name without a destination moves its points to Ungrouped. No photos or reports are permanently deleted here.
